Our FEEL GOOD FLOW syncs breath and movement through fluid sequences that awaken and activate muscles, improving their flexibility, strength, and stability. With continued practice, the whole body is magnified in power and alignment, and withdrawn from tension and discomfort. Set to feel-good tunes, this empowering and balancing vinyasa flow inspires and challenges the dynamic being: mind, body, and soul -leaving you vitalized, at peace, and feeling your you-est YOU.  

 

WIND DOWN FLOW

For the Over-Doers + Over-Movers, Insomniacs, the Tight-Bodied, Dancers, The Stressed, and Those that Love a Deep Release!

Wind Down Flow is a slow flowing movement sequence designed to improve your mobility, strengthen the core, deeply stretch your whole body, and relax your hard-working mind. This flow is approached mindfully and gently, comprised of mostly floor postures. Postures will be held for longer periods of time to release harbored tension and focus on the breath . Come ready to breath deep, move free, and completely unwind from your day. Leave feeling mobile, restored, and ready for slumber. However, you’ve got to go home to do the latter :)

For the "Go-Go-Goers," Every Day Commuters, the Stiff, Insomniacs, the Over-Thinkers, and Tight-Lower Bods. 

YINSPIRED digs deep to affect change.  The practice is comprised of floor postures with intention to improve joint rigidity of the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. With gravity's assistance, we stress the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, fascia), which triggers the body’s response to strengthen them. A consistent YINspired practice will move you from stiff to supple, resulting in longstanding joint health, restful sleeps, alleviated lower back pain, and a mostly comfortable South Florida commute (traffic control isn't our forte).  

 

BABY+ ME FLOW

ENJOY YOUR PRACTICE WHILE YOUR BABY DOES TOO!

A weekly nourishing weekly practice that focuses on breath, movement, and relaxation for both caretaker and baby. We will focus on asana (postures), and meditation while deepening the connection with our baby and body. Styles of yoga include vinyasa, restorative, and power flows.
Recommended age 6weeks-18months.
Please bring: Water, blanket, baby's favorite toys and snacks. Yoga mats available.
Each session is limited to 15 caretakers (+babies). Early sign-up suggested. Purchase single class or a bundle of 4 to be used at leisure within 3 months time.
